Refund Policy

Please note that "Service" meaning is defined in the General terms and condition.

Our policy concerning refunds:

  • When refunds are possible:
    • Duplicated orders: if by a technical mistake you were billed two times for the same item.
    • Undelivered Goods: you have paid but have not received the item within 24 hours.
  • When refunds will not be provided:
    • Any successful purchase of an item.
    • If you have purchased an item but then decided that you don't need it.
    • Simultaneous purchase of a number of different items when the user gets several items, uses them, chooses one that best suits his needs and then tries to get a refund for all the items that user do not like.
    • Undelivered items due to incorrect e-mail address: please note that we are not responsible for the failure to obtain an item because an invalid email address was provided by you. Client is solely responsible for providing accurate and correct information including working e-mail address.

Refund application should include the following information:

  • Email address used for the purchase, the date of purchase, payment amount, payment method, description of what you have bought and all other details concerning your purchase.
How to request a refund?

There are several ways to request a refund:

  • If less than 8 hours have passed since you purchased the product, you can cancel the order and get a full refund. Contact Loot support team at support@loot.li.
  • If the quality of the product you’ve received is significantly worse (the item is defective, damaged (if such circumstances are not specifically noted in the description) or the information provided in its description turns out to be substantially incorrect) than the description on the Loot website. Contact Loot support team at support@loot.li.
  • If 60 days (or extended period according to Refund Terms) since the purchase date have passed and your order has not yet been delivered. Contact Loot support team at support@loot.li.
  • If you have changed your mind on a purchase within 14 days of receiving a product. Contact Loot support team at support@loot.li.
Refund process
  1. Refunded monies are transferred only to the card you’ve used to make your purchase.
  2. We aim to complete the refund process for valid claims within less than 14 days. Our usual processing time is 2-3 days.
